My expertise lies in machine learning, image analysis and recognition, human-computer interaction, and interactive learning. The interactive works I've developed encompass topics such as music learning, spatial cognition, educational tools for children and special education students, with virtual reality being the main content. Starting from 2013, I've showcased interactive projects designed in my laboratory at the Maker Faire Taipei from 2013 to 2018, and also at the Maker Faire Tokyo held in Japan from 2014 to 2018. I have guided students to participate in prestigious international conferences and exhibitions, winning awards such as the 2016 UIST Best Demo Award. Other accolades include the Laval Virtual Award at SIGGRAPH during the ACM SIGGRAPH 2017 International Conference, the 3D Games & Entertainment Award at VRIC 2018 Laval Virtual, and first place at the Fi-Awards 2019. Personally, I've also mentored students to victory in over sixty competitions hosted by Taiwan's Ministry of Education, Industrial Development Bureau, and the Institute for Information Industry. Over the years, I've published 36 international journal papers, 51 international conference papers, and hold two patents from the Republic of China."
